Problem Note 63115: Prompted, synchronized SAS® Web Report Studio reports that use an OLAP data source fail to open

DetailsHotfixAboutRate It

When the browser locale is not en_US, prompted, synchronized SAS Web Report Studio reports that use an OLAP data source might fail to open. If the report is not synchronized, then the report opens very slowly and all of the OLAP hierarchies are expanded.

As a workaround, change the browser locale to en_US.

Note: The SAS Web Report Studio log might also contain the error "The specified cube is a single-language cube." This error indicates that the OLAP cube referenced by the report is not a multiple language support (MLS) cube. It is not the cause of the problem described in this SAS Note. You might see this error even when the report opens normally.
